Here is the recipe a savory Lassi. This is oh so yummy and good for your tummy !

Savory Ginger Cilantro Lassi

 

 
     
 
   

 

 

Ingredients :

 
For 2 glasses:  
Plain yogurt 1 cup
Water 3/4 cup
Fresh Ginger minced 1/2 tsp
Dry roasted cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Fresh Cilantro Leaves chopped

Preparation :

 
  • Use homemade yogurt and water at room temperature for best results.
     
  • In a blender/mixer, blend all the ingredients for a couple of mins.
     
  • Strain and serve freah.
